ELLITE is our fully coached small group training system, designed to help women build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent, at any stage of life.
Your core training is Strength & Conditioning in a coached small group PT setting, giving you structure, guidance, and real progression every session.
As part of your membership, you can also access additional classes at no extra cost if you choose, including:
Spinning, Boxercise, Reformer Pilates, Mat & Barre Pilates, and Yoga.
This means you can adapt your training based on how your body feels, while still following a clear, structured strength programme.
At the centre of ELLITE is our BodySync Coaching system, a coaching approach that adapts your training to your body, helping you stay consistent and avoid burnout.

FOREVER YOUNG is our small group strength and conditioning programme for women over 60, designed to support health, movement, and independence as you age.
As we get older, we naturally lose muscle mass, strength, and bone density. This can affect balance, mobility, and everyday function. Strength training is proven to slow and reverse many of these changes.
This programme uses safe, structured, and coach-led training to help you maintain and rebuild strength, improve movement, and support long-term health.
Sessions include strength training, balance work, mobility, and light conditioning, all adapted to your ability and individual needs.

THE GRLZ – Under 18s Girls Strength & Conditioning
THE GRLZ is our small group strength and conditioning programme for girls under 18, designed to build confidence, strength, and lifelong healthy habits in a safe, supportive environment.
During teenage years, the body is developing rapidly. Strength training, when coached correctly, helps improve movement, coordination, and overall physical development, while reducing injury risk.
This programme uses safe, structured, and coach-led training to teach proper technique, build strength, and develop confidence in how to train.
Sessions include strength training, movement skills, coordination, and light conditioning, all adapted to age, ability, and experience level.
