     Our training space is carefully designed to support the way women train, not just filled with equipment.


    At ELLEV8, every piece of equipment is selected to deliver safe, effective, and adaptable training within a coached environment.


    We combine strength and conditioning equipment with specialist studio spaces, including spinning bikes, reformer Pilates, barre Pilates, and yoga.


    This allows you to move seamlessly between strength, cardio, and controlled movement, all as part of one structured system.


    Nothing is random. Everything has a purpose.

    Every session is coached, and every piece of equipment is used to support your progress,  based on your ability, your confidence, and your stage of life.

    Instead, we provide practical, personalised nutrition guidance that supports your training, your lifestyle, and your stage of life.

     At ELLEV8, we’re more than a women’s personal training gym in Weymouth, we’re a community built around support, strength, and shared progress.


    We bring women together through coached training, group sessions, and community-led events designed to build confidence, connection, and long-term consistency.


    From strength sessions and small group coaching to Pilates, yoga, and wellbeing-focused events, everything we offer is designed to support women both inside and outside the gym.


    We also host community initiatives and events that give back, creating a space where women feel supported, connected, and part of something bigger.
