I qualified as a personal trainer in 2021 and began my journey at Gymgeek, where I’ve since coached hundreds of women from all walks of life.
From beginners to seasoned lifters, I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and truly seen.
With a deep passion for fitness and a background in powerlifting—where I proudly won a gold medal—I know the power of showing up for yourself.
But for me, fitness is more than physical strength; it’s about building a supportive community where women feel empowered, heard, and understood.
My mission is simple: to help women feel good, be happy, and step into their power every day.
Her passion lies in helping women feel at home in their bodies-strong, confident, and deeply connected to their wellbeing.
Her journey began in Australia, where she discovered her love of outdoor fitness and the joy of moving in nature while training as a personal trainer.
Later, in the peaceful landscapes of Costa Rica, she trained as a yoga teacher and discovered how movement can be both uplifting and restorative— nurturing body and mind in equal measure.
Now rooted in Dorset, Amelia brings these experiences together to offer a unique blend of personal training and group sessions, designed to empower women in every season of life.
Her classes are more than just a workout-they're a space to recharge, grow, and celebrate what your body can do.
We are beyond proud to have Amelia as part of our team-her energy, wisdom, and genuine care inspire everyone she works with, making her an incredible role model for our community.
I'm Becca and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 8 years of gym training experience, and I’ve been running for the past 3 years. In that time, I’ve completed multiple half marathons and even a 70.3 Ironman, but I want to be honest: it took me forever to start running.
When I started, just getting to 5K without stopping felt impossible. I struggled to stay consistent, and the idea of one day running long distances and enjoying it seemed like madness to me. But I stuck with it, slowly built my confidence, and found that running became something I looked forward to. I want to help others break through that same barrier.
First 5K Club
This group is for anyone who feels like running just isn’t for them—but secretly wants to give it a go. I’ll guide you step-by-step through a beginner-friendly plan that builds confidence and consistency in a supportive, judgment-free space. We celebrate every win—no matter how small.
Social Run Club
This one’s for people who already enjoy running and want to keep it fun, light, and social. No training plans, just relaxed group runs, good conversations, and positive vibes.
I believe that starting is the hardest part, and that once you get going, running can become something you truly enjoy. If you’ve been thinking about giving it a try, this is your sign. Come run with us. You might surprise yourself.
Hi 👋 I’m Daniella!
After struggling with my weight and self-esteem throughout my youth, I was diagnosed with obesity in my early 20s and had to undergo a medical operation. That was a turning point — I knew I had to change my lifestyle for good.
It wasn’t until 2020, when I worked with my first coach, that I truly fell in love with fitness. The impact it had on my mental health and overall life was transformational — and I knew I wanted to help other women experience that same shift. ✨
In 2021, I became a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I spent 4 years working with Active Fitness, where I not only coached but also managed the group fitness class schedule.
Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of classes including TRX, kettlebells, circuits, spinning, and more — while also running my own 1:1 and online coaching business. 💞
I’m passionate about all kinds of movement, but Pilates Reformer has always been a goal of mine. I love how it builds strength, improves mobility, and deepens the mind-body connection. ✨
Hi I am Jade !
Passionate about fitness, wellbeing, and building a strong community of empowered women 💪🏼✨
With a background in teaching, I made the leap into personal training after experiencing firsthand how transformative fitness can be—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I’ve completed 4 half marathons and competed in 2 events (Dubai 🇦🇪 & Madrid 🇪🇸), always chasing progress and pushing limits. The gym isn’t just a place to train—it’s where confidence is built, friendships are made, and strength (inside and out) is found.
Now, I’m here to help other women unlock their potential and feel unstoppable in their own journey. Let’s lift, grow, and thrive together! 🌟

Hi, I’m Frankie, a 500 hour advanced yoga teacher, Pilates teacher, trauma informed space holder, and holistic healing guide.
My journey into wellness began after being diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression following experiences of abuse and trauma. Rather than remain defined by my symptoms, I chose to reclaim my power through deep self healing and somatic practices that reconnected me to my body, mind, and spirit.
I trained extensively in both the UK and India, completing an 18 month 300 hour qualification with the British Wheel of Yoga, followed by an additional 300 hours of advanced study in India — the birthplace of Yoga.
My practice draws upon trauma informed yoga, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, cold water therapy, Ayurveda, and inner child healing — all rooted in the belief that true transformation begins when we return to the wisdom of our bodies.
With experience teaching internationally in retreat centres, wellness spaces, and local council wellbeing programmes, I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces for women to feel, heal, and reconnect with themselves. My mission is to empower women to improve their mental health, self confidence and autonomy — enhancing their emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Alongside teaching yoga and holistic practices, I founded Beach Babes Weymouth - a women’s cold water therapy and sea swimming community that celebrates courage, connection, and community healing through the power of the ocean.
Today, I hold space for women through 1:1 holistic healing sessions, workshops, and group experiences that weave together somatics, yoga, breath work, meditation, astrology, moon circles, sacred cacao ceremonies, and inner child healing — supporting each woman to regulate her nervous system, rediscover her truth, and embody her authentic power.
